How does the community work

FreeSkateLife is an online community with tools to contact and having fun among members. Everything in FreeSkateLife was designed to share ideas, comments, photos, videos, create events and invite your friends, and make more friends and more, and more.

To participate in FreeSkateLife the first thing to do is sign up so you have to read the privacy policies because it is a community where we want above all its members feel confident to share their views and generate a sincere friendship. Registration is immediate, since there are only a few give details, and upload a his/her own photos.

Each time you log in you access the personal profile, a page that meets all of the data, which lists all the pages, groups, photos and events that have been marked as favorites, I can create new topics, lists of our friends and fans, upload photos to the gallery of the Community Free or add an event to the calendar of the Free Community. The interface of the sections has been thought to ffer the most interesting information in each time.

At the top of the profile page you can quickly annotate what you're doing at every moment to have a record of your activities to let your friends and supporters know what are you doing. Each user has their own wall for quick chats. All activities are recorded so that everyone can follow what his/her friends are doing and just comment on anything.

 

 

 

 

 

In the top menu bar we always may access our own profile on "My Account" menu to return to our central point whenever we want. Other options on the top bar lead to Groups, Events and Photo Gallery, everything is very simple, everything is at hand.

Groups are kind of super-forums wher discuss all you want. You'll find that there are some initial groups, but you can suggest to the moderators to create new ones. On groups you can open all the issues you want, but you must first subscribe to the ones that matter you most, as well in your personal profile page you'll track a record of everything that is said in them. Those issues can link both video and photos placed on other sites to share with your friends.

 

 

 

 

 

The events area is a calendar to which anyone can upload with a specific date all the information that you want all your friends to know, even adding the logo of the event. Then you can discuss it in groups to explain any aspect. Each user can make these events among the favorites to place a reminder on his personal page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The pictures area is a gallery of photos common to the entire community. Anyone can upload photos and describe them so that everybody may view the contents of the gallery filtered by single users only to see their photos.

Pictures have their own page, where not only you will be able to add comments but you can also vote, perhaps because from time to time we will award the most voted photos...

 

 

 

 

 

But most important part of the community is the People section on the top menu. Unlike other communities here you can access the profile of everybody that has registered because the goal is to known as much skaters as possible. People's page lists all members and allows us to search by names or locations. Now you know the skaters who are in your locality. When you visit the profile of another community member you can ask everyone to be added to your list of friends or being a follower, so it will be easier to you tracking what your friends are doing.

FreeSkateLife plans to expand the toolbox, services and options to gradually get used to all possibilities with confidence. Right now you can find many things, especially to your skate friends here and everywhere.
